The breakfast had many options to choose from. the room was clean and had comfortable bedding. the hotel had great pool and sauna facilities to relax in after a long day of exploring the city.
The Wi-Fi connection was poor and unreliable. the location of the hotel was not ideal, as there were no restaurants or shops within walking distance.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by stunning nature and just a short distance from the ski area. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom that had a decent bath. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, despite the language barrier. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel also had great facilities, including a small swimming pool and sauna.
The view from my room was not as expected and overlooked a quiet road instead of a garden.

The swimming pool was small but nice and the sauna was just perfect. , the bathroom in our room had a decent bath which was great for relaxing. The location was very close to some nice walking routes and not too far from town, making it a convenient place to stay.
Our experience wasn't great. The first room we were given had a wet carpet and a bad smell, so we asked for a new room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and just a short distance from the ski area. The hotel facilities, including the small but nice swimming pool and sauna, were great for relaxing after a day of activities. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the spaciousness exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Even though some of them didn't speak English fluently, they were accommodating, even printing off an English menu for me at the restaurant.
Hard to think of anything negative.

We had an amazing stay at a two-bedroom apartment just across the hotel. Excellent amenities like warm swimming pool, sauna, and excellent restaurant. Well-equipped apartment with white bedding and household essentials provided. Convenient location for skiing in Winterberg.
Almost perfect.
